Great service and response to email enquiries. Ordered the cleaned black mussels. They were fresh and amazingly delicious! We will definitely be returning customers.

I have given a one star because of the service I received today at this branch from the young lady. I am sorry to say that she needs training and she needs to know about the products she is selling. Knowledge is very important and fooling clients and inducing them in error with wrong information is not right.I asked to see a specific packet of prawns. She said that these prawns are from Australian waters. I told her it is from Vietnam but she argued with me saying that the product is from Australian waters and sent to Vietnam for pelting and cooking and sent back to Australia.I have been dealing in seafood for 35 years and I know sea food very well. I am attaching a photo of the packet which mentions clearly product of Vietnam. Very sad when you have staff that have no knowledge and still have the guts to argue with an experienced person on seafood matters.

These guys/gals are amazing. They always have a smile and a happy disposition and always make you feel like they can't do enough for you. Their fish stock is excellent. We pre-ordered and it was so easy to go and pick up our order. Thanks.

Buyer Beware! As a long time customer I was very disappointed with my latest Christmas purchases Fri 16 Dec.. Firstly the frozen cooked prawns were extremely expensive and approximately 50% above same product elsewhere. Secondly, I purchased two packets of fish (Mangrove Jack & Ruby Snapper) which were immediately placed in a bag. Both expiry dates were well before Christmas Day. I can accept buyer beware"

Fantastic service, great price, and quality seafood.My wife (Debbie) ordered 5 blue swimmer crabs for my birthday.
