A fresh seafood and fast service. Many fishes options and you can even order in advance! Nice server and was quick when i ask to fillet my fish.

Very bad customer service. Very rude staff and they just packed the fish in only one layer of paper. By the time I reach home the fish packet leaks and spoiled my whole bag. Very poor on dealing with customers. Was so rude when I told them to cut it one finger size they replied that “he try” in rude way. Very disappointed and won't suggest any of my family and friends.

Great service and have a very wide selection of fish. There are days that they do not have a big selection but if that is for fresh seasonal local seafoods then it is understandable!

I was amazed by the level of professionalism shown by the company’s workers, they were more then happy to help me find exactly what I wanted (due to my lack of knowledge they were quiet helpful and did not hesitate). The fish’s I purchased on multiple occasions were fresh and consistent. I highly recommend this store, thank you all very much.

Be careful. Went to the shops early a few times and they have a leak on the side of the oval fish with ice display they haven’t fixed in a Long time. I see them spray air freshener around the whole edge of the seafood stand where the fish is while the fish is on the stand and air freshner goes all over the fish ... you will notice a wet floor sign near the leak they mask the smell up at.

I rated this place a low rating based on the customer service. The staff are not friendly at all nor are they helpful. Bad service really impacts the business as I would rather go to a different fish market that values it's customers and treats them well. Depending on the season, they usually do have a good selection of fish however not much various seafood options such as shellfish.

I’m so happy I found the WildSea Australian Seafood at Belmont. The shop is beautiful designed, so clean and has different choices of products that you can choose from for your daily meals or party. The shop is so clean that you don’t feel you’re physically in a fresh seafood shop. There is no smell at all. Staff are friendly and services are great, quick and responsive. If you need, they could give you a recipes for a dish you want, just follow their recipes, you will have a beautiful dish on your table for dinner with your love ones. I’d highly recommend anyone to the shop. It’s quality is consistent and worth the price you paid. Love it. Try it, you’ll be coming back. Great choice.

The only seafood in the Belmont Forum and even in the whole area. The varieties is not good enoughI. I have visited almost everyday in the last three weeks and found out that the supplied was very limited.Customers services can definitely be better.
